We had a free checkup voucher from the pound and Dr. McCoy was the only one in Hawthorne who accepted it. We couldn’t have been happier with her and her staff. The office was very clean and welcoming. We got additional tests done and the results were texted back to us same day! Dr. McCoy followed up with us the following day even though it was a Saturday. We plan on making Dr. McCoy our go to veterinarian!!! Thanks guys!!!

So I was calling around for weeks looking for an affordable clinic to treat my 5 kittens. Everyplace I called wanted to charge me for each individual kitten. Then I called this place & they told me they would give a litter price which was $95 for all 5 kittens & an extra $26 each for flea medication. Every other place wanted $75 for each kitten without flea treatment so that was already a plus. So I set my appointment & when I showed up I was great with great positive energy from the staff & didn’t even have enough time to finish filling out the paper work before they had them in an exam room. The exam & flea medication application took little to no time. After I pad & was about to walk out the door Dr McCoy offered to give them them their first vaccines for free. Hands down this place is Amazing & I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality, friendly & affordable veterinarian.

With so many five star ratings and comments, it may seem deceiving. But I truly echo the comments about the staff and Dr. Rochelle. Very compassionate and mission-driven. My little one had surgery and she took care of him not only medically but mentally. The compassion to help our loved ones is truly remarkable at this office.

Dr McCoy is amazing. My dog is an anxious little guy and he usually super nervous around the vet. We’ve struggled in the past with shots and wanted to try a new spot. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience here and Dr McCoy was such a calming presence. He did super well with his check up and shots and we’re so happy to have found a spot that works for our buddy.

Our visit to RVC was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us like they’ve known us their entire lives. Dr. McCoy was caring, patient, and truly listened to my questions and concerns and came up with a plan that would be the best for us. We had our dogs teeth cleaned and had a growth on his cheek removed. I appreciate how I was kept informed on how he was doing while in recovery and Dr. McCoy also contacted me the next day to check in on him once he was at home 💜Thank you RVC for an amazing visit and care!

This is my first time visiting this veterinary clinic and my cat was very nervous. The staff is really really nice! Doctor was super supportive and loving to my pet and provided the greatest treatment plan to get her on back on her feet. The space is very clean and spacious. The staff make you feel very comfortable with every step in the process. I definitely will be a returning customer! Such a great experience
